Environmental Health
Environmental Health Officers (EHOs) employed by the local Council decide the star rating of each food business following an unannounced food hygiene inspection. These take place between every six months to two years, depending on the nature of the business and their history of compliance.
Following an inspection, a star rating from 1 to 5 is awarded, with 5 being the highest rating possible.
Moorwell Miracles have consistently achieved the highest rating of 5, Excellent ("very high standards of food safety management, fully compliant with food safety legislation").
