Hours
Moorwell Miracles is open from 7:00am-7:00pm Monday to Friday all year round (except bank holidays).
All fees for childcare are due in advance of care, with invoices being issued around the 10th of the month for the following month. All invoice payments are due by the 1st of the month.
Every child must have set days booked at least 4 weeks in advance. These days will be invoiced for the month prior. This is so we can guarantee care each week and cover staffing ratios.
If any ad-hoc (one-off) sessions are booked, places will be given subject to availability. These sessions must be booked with Michaela, our Nursery Administrator. Extra days will appear on your next month’s invoice.
All fees are still payable during holiday periods, with the exception of one week where we are closed during Christmas.
*Our Policies and Procedures are currently under annual review, they will be finalised and uploaded ASAP. The hardcopy folder of policies is available directly from nursery. If you have any further queries, please contact a member of our management team.
